Our Workshop Process

  • We begin with a consultation to understand your organization's specific needs, audience, learning objectives, and logistical considerations. This initial meeting is billed at our standard therapy rate of $235 per hour and typically lasts 1-2 hours, during which we collaboratively outline the workshop scope and key learning objectives.

  • Following the consultation, we dedicate 2-4 hours of preparation time depending on the workshop's complexity and scope. This preparation time is billed at $235 per hour and includes researching current evidence, developing content, creating presentation materials, and tailoring information to your specific audience and context.

  • Workshop delivery is billed at $235 per hour for the time we are actively presenting and facilitating. This includes the workshop itself plus any question periods or interactive components. Workshops can range from 90-minute overview sessions to full-day intensive training, depending on your needs.

  • For workshops in locations requiring more travel time may apply and will be billed at our standard rate of $235 per hour. We will discuss any travel time requirements during the initial consultation and include these costs in our workshop proposal.
